Dispute Resolution - we analyse all issues and facts pertaining to disputes by careful review of relevant project documents and performance data.
We identify the critical causes of delay and advise and assist our Clients accordingly, whether that means dispute prevention, preparing and prosecuting a claim, acting as an independent expert or providing impartial
advice to all parties to a dispute. Always, our aim is to resolve the dispute without recourse to formal proceedings, but in the event that this is not possible, then we will act as independent experts.
